I have ordered my gift vouchers – what happens now?
As soon as we receive your order, we will send you a confirmation e-mail giving you the details of your order.
Do I have to use the gift vouchers by a certain date?
No, although the individual vouchers will display an expiration date, we will accept unredeemed gift vouchers beyond the expiry date.
How are my gift vouchers sent to me?
We send your gift vouchers by Royal Mail's Recorded Delivery Service to ensure that you receive them safely.
I think I have made a mistake with my order – who can I contact?

I want to have a mix of vouchers to make up my total, not just £20 vouchers - how can I
request this?
Unfortunately we can not do this on the website – however, if you order by phone on 0845 268 1111, and request the gift voucher amounts you would like, we would be happy to help with
your request.
